Where’s the Art this February (2025) in Kenmore?

We are pleased to report that we had a fantastic board meeting in January, wrapping up our year with a number of new attendees and board members.

Congratulations to Griffith Williams and Corina Pfeil who both joined the board, which will be steered by Tina Walters (our new President) – with Judy Elbert continuing with Arts of Kenmore in a new role as Secretary.

We will have more board information to share later this month!

Now to the real business – the Art! It is so busy in this short month that we already missed something!

  • February 6: Arts of Kenmore was spotlighted at the Kenmore Business Alliance Meeting at Kenmore City Hall (sorry if you missed this one!)
  • February 11: Tuesday AsIf Theatre Company is offering a FREE monologue workshop, with coach Kira Dorrian.  7-9pm at Kenmore Community Club. All welcome.
  • February 12: Wednesday Kenmore Art Show planning kickoff meeting- Kenmore Hangar in the meeting room, 6pm. (note this is for the board, but if you would like to observe please let us know)
  • February 23: Artist Reception for Gary Rubin and Camilla Bell. 1-3pm -Kenmore City Hall Gallery. (The show itself runs until February 28th)

In addition to our and our partner organizations events, we will be glad to share other Arts events in Kenmore. This month we have heard…

  • Imagine is sponsoring an open mic on February 14, 6:30PM, Northlake Lutheran Church
  • Northlake Lutheran is sponsoring an author event with Rick Rouse. Rick will share his new book “A Journey Called Hope. Today’s Immigrant stories and the American dream.” February 16, 11:15am
