Where’s the Art this November in Kenmore?

Fall has been a bit quiet on the Arts of Kenmore front – but we’re ramping up a little in November to prepare for some events in December!

To “get your art on” in Kenmore this November you can check out…

  • The Alan Dale Riley Memorial Show. Still at Kenmore City Hall Gallery until November 30th. This show features a variety of Riley’s works including watercolors with ink, woodcuts and acrylics on board. All work is original and for sale. All proceeds from the sale of his work go to support the Arts of Kenmore.
  • Youth Poet Laureate Readings. Kenmore Library, November 23, 4pm. Come and meet our Youth Poet Laureate, Elizabeth Wang. Elizabeth will be reading some of her poetry and receiving her City of Kenmore Proclamation and prize. Have a cookie and learn more about the Youth Poet Laureate program!
  • UPDATE!! FULL!! – Registration is open for our December Paint and Sip event at Copperworks Distillery. Enjoy a craft cocktail while you paint a Winter Solstice scene. Explore basic watercolor techniques, as well as some intriguing tricks. Prepare to be impressed by your creative skill! This event was very popular last time we held it at Copperworks – so secure your spot early for December 9th. (if you don’t have a spot it is unfortunately now too late – the event is full at this time)

Also – if you love Art in Kenmore and the surrounding area – Join our Board!!

Board members do not have to be Kenmore residents – we seek candidates passionate about Public Art. You can apply here https://forms.gle/ajBmNcY8tpyFKJ5Y7

Hope to see you at one of these great events!
